Baltimore Sun Cartoonist Joins IRC

is an award-winning cartoonist who has an 18-year-run with the Baltimore
Sun under his belt, will be bringing his contemporary political figure into
3-D life with the help of the IRC.
“I am delighted to have this
opportunity to simultaneously work with the talented students at UMBC and
explore this new medium,” said KAL in UMBC Watch, a “one-minute briefing”
from UMBC.
KAL’s artistic endeavors at UMBC, called “Mightier Than the
Sword: The Satirical Pen of KAL, are set to go on display at the Walters Museum
of Art on June 18, 2006 and will run until September 3, 2006.
