The first Baltimore Comic-Con Live free online event will be held this weekend on October 23-25, 2020. The show will feature retailers, exhibitors, an artist alley, programing, and the Ringo Awards. Among the panel offerings are several focused on art and the creative process.

The Drink & Draw: Live panel will be held on Friday, October 23 at 9 PM ET/6 PM PT. Grab a drink and watch live sketching with Dan Brereton, Becky Cloonan, Sean Forney, Sanford Greene, Megan Hutchison, Daniel Warren Johnson, Tony Parker, Tom Raney, Tim Seeley, and Ryan Stegman.

The MonsDRAWsity: Drawing Party Game is on Saturday, October 24 at 12 PM ET/9 AM PT. Joshua Werner will join Source Point Press comic creators to play/test the new monster drawing party game MonsDRAWsity from Deep Water Games.

Life Drawing with artist Christian Gossett and model Shadia Elise will be on Sunday, October 25 at 1 PM ET/10 AM PT. Elise will model four poses for an hour and anyone can sketch along. Gossett will talk about what artists get from the process, how they hone skills, try new things, and talk about what the model is doing.

“There really is something for everyone at Baltimore Comic-Con Live,” Baltimore Comic-Con show promoter Marc Nathan said. “You can watch some of the industry’s biggest names having a ball while doodling, check out a new board game where drawing is key to playing, or learn about life drawing models with the pros. What great opportunities for artists of all levels!”
