On Saturday, October 24, 2015, Aw Yeah Comics New York will host their Halloween Party. Special activities and events will be held throughout the afternoon and evening, filled with Halloween thrills and chills. Prizes will be given during different events, including the best costume grand prize basket of goodies filled with comics.

First up is paper pumpkin decorating from 4 PM to 5 PM. Give it a scary face or turn it into a hero or a villain. The best decorated pumpkin gets a prize and every kid will be given candy. Those who aren’t feeling artistic can participate in the pumpkin scavenger hunt.

Next on the schedule is the mummy wrapping contest from 5 PM to 6 PM. The best dressed mummy gets a prize.

From 6 PM to 7 PM enjoy playing Pin the Tail on Action Cat. A twist on pin the tail on the donkey, this time it’ll be a tail raising experience for felines.

A Tale of a Different Sort will take place from 7 PM to 8 PM. Join them around the symbolic “campfire” as they regale guests with terrifying Halloween stories and silly stories for the kids.

After 8 PM the Halloween dance and costume party kicks off. Note, this is a 21 and over party. The store will remain open during the party, so purchases can still be made during the party.
