As part of the promotion for the graphic novel The Fifth Beatle: The Brian Epstein Story, a number of speaking appearances were scheduled for the author, Vivek J. Tiwary. After two successful appearances – one at the Core Club in NYC and another on Westwood One’s “The Beatle Years” radio show – he’ll be speaking at The Library of Congress on January 22.

The event at the Library of Congress will be taking place in the West Dining Room on the 6th floor of the building and is a free event with no ticket required. The speaking engagement begins at 12 PM.

The Fifth Beatle: The Brian Epstein Story focuses on Brian Epstein, the man who discovered The Beatles in Liverpool and managed them until his untimely death at the age of 32. While it follows the rise of the legendary band, it also chronicles Epstein’s personal struggles and his desire to be “one of the boys” in the face of personal obstacles. More information about the book can be found at The Fifth Beatle’s website.
