The 2025 Mike Wieringo Comic Book Industry Awards will be presented during a banquet ceremony on Saturday, October 18, 2025, during Baltimore Comic-Con. Industry veteran Mike Pellerito will give the keynote address at the event.

Pellerito is the president and editor in chief of Archie Comics, and has held several positions at the publisher. During his time at Archie, Pellerito helped expand their distribution, and he led the editorial team to revitalize the Archie universe. That included Archie by Mark Waid and Fiona Staples, Betty & Veronica by Adam Hughes, and Jughead by Chip Zdarsky, Erica Henderson, Ryan North, and Derek Charm. He was a producer on The Archies live-action movie and worked on the upcoming live-action Archie movie. Pellerito is also the co-owner of Aw Yeah Comics.

“There are no words to express my gratitude for the opportunity to deliver the keynote address at the 2025 Ringo Awards. My thanks to Shelly and Marc Nathan, and everyone at Baltimore Comic-Con,” Pellerito said. “Mike Weiringo’s work has always inspired me, and a page of his art has hung on my office wall for years. His work showcases incredible passion, craftsmanship, and dedication, and this year’s roster of nominees perfectly embodies those qualities.”

The Ringo Awards includes a full cocktail hour (cash bar), full service dinner, the awards ceremony, and a gift bag valued at $154. A limited number of tickets are available to the public.
