Already known for his record setting performances and enthusiastic worldwide fan base, Elvis Presley made entertainment history once again on January 14, 1973. On that date, Elvis’ “Aloha from Hawaii” concert became the first musical performance ever broadcast live via satellite, reaching 40 countries and an estimated 1.5 billion viewers. Dressed in his now legendary “American Eagle” jumpsuit, Presley sang a wide range of songs, from some of his earliest hits, to his more recent material.

The Aloha Elvis Action Figure from McFarlane Toys commemorates that landmark concert broadcast with a faithful and intricately detailed rendition of The King, garbed in that classic stage costume.
