The numbers are in for the premiere of Agent Carter, and the folks at Marvel and ABC are likely satisfied.

The miniseries, which is running in the Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spot while the show is on hiatus, brought in a 1.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which equals 6.86 million viewers during the two-hour premiere on January 6, 2015. This is about 10% less than the S.H.I.E.L.D. season premiere, but it’s up 12% from the mid-season finale, according to TV by the Numbers.

Agent Carter will run on Tuesday’s 9 PM time slot for the next seven weeks; the show follows the exploits of Peggy Carter in the aftermath of the first Captain America film. The ratings numbers will be updated once the DVR ratings (Live+7) become available.
