Adventure Comics #35 CGC 7.0 is the second highest graded copy in existence according to the CGC census. Published in February 1939, this extremely scarce comic featured a cover drawn by the famous Fred Guardineer, and contained stories and art by a virtual who’s who list of famous comic book creators, including Jerry Seigel, Joe Schuster, Bob Kane, Jim Chambers, and Leo O’Melia!

Next up is Adventure Comics #39 CGC 3.5, published in June of 1939. Particularly significant about this comic book is that it contained the very first mention of marijuana in comic books. The comic also began a storyline with the character Jack Woods. This comic featured the works of many top Golden Age creators, such as Jerry Seigel, Joe Schuster, Bob Kane, Fred Guardineer, Jim Chambers, and Gardner Fox.
