Highly Sought Star Wars Toys Lead Jeff Jacob Collection Auction at Hake’s
The Jeff Jacob Collection Part 4 Auction is in full swing at Hake’s, presenting many top tier action figures, playsets, and vehicles. The auction has early figures, rare pieces, high grade examples, and more Star Wars collecting opportunities that will close on February 4, 2026.
The Luke Skywalker 12-back-C AFA 85 rare double-telescoping variety features a lightsaber with a second extendable piece that was only offered on early releases. This figure is also the photo example seen in Star Wars Vintage Action Figures: A Guide for Collectors by John Kellerman.

An uncirculated, AFA-graded complete set of all 92 Star Wars action figures plus varieties for a total of 114 figures will be offered in one lot. All of the Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, and Power of the Force figures released from 1977 to 1985 are included, as well as two Lily Ledy figures and multiple varieties. They are all loose and encapsulated by AFA with grades that range from AFA 80 Near Mint to AFA 95 Mint.
The Palitoy Return of the Jedi Boba Fett tri-logo 70-back AFA 75 is the light blue variety with the unpainted knee. The figure is on a Parker card with the distinct punch shape and lighter yellow backing behind the figure. The card features English, Spanish, and French text, and this is the Clipper (Amsterdam/Brussels) variety with a mini catalog on the back of the card.

A Power of the Force AT-AT Driver 92-back AFA 85 Australian exclusive with Warok collector coin is another highlight among the auction figures. This example on an uncut card is one of eight at this grade with none graded higher.
The Radio Controlled Jawa Sandcrawler AFA 85 vehicle with an elevator and opening side panel is among the vehicles featured in the auction. The 16” long figure comes with a radio control until that can be used to move the Sandcrawler forward and in an arching backward motion. It is one of seven examples graded AFA 85 with none higher, per AFA’s Population Report.
The Death Star Space Station playset AFA 85 has three levels of activity space. It comes with a working elevator, exploding laser cannon, trash compactor with moving wall, opening light bridge, and other features. At the time of cataloguing, no copies are listed higher in the AFA Population Report.

The Empire Strikes Back Millennium Falcon AFA 85 features “Battle Alert” action sound, folding landing gear, opening cockpit, removable rear hatch, secret hiding compartment, space chess game table, and more. This box variety has the photo used for the earlier Star Wars issue Millennium Falcon. It is one of two examples in this grade with none graded higher.
There are nearly two dozen Revenge of the Jedi proof cards in the auction. The cards bare the original title of the third film before it was renamed as Return of the Jedi. An R2-D2 AFA 85 (blank name version without the character’s name on the front), Han Solo AFA 90, Darth Vader AFA 85, Luke Skywalker AFA 80, Princess Leia Organa AFA 85, Chewbacca AFA 85, Ben (Obi-Wan) Kenobi AFA 85, Bossk (Bounty Hunter) AFA 90, and Cloud Car Pilot AFA 80 are in the auction.
