
ComicConnect Event Auction 65 Adds More Golden Age Keys
ComicConnect’s Winter Mega Monthly Auction starts Monday, January 26, 2026, and they are still adding Golden Age keys to their upcoming Event Auction 65.
An Action Comics #7 (featuring Superman’s second cover appearance) and issue 12 are joining the previously announced Action Comics #2 and the Man of Steel’s official run as the title’s cover star beginning with issue 19.
Other books coming to auction for the first time include a Flash Comics #1 6.5 and a Wonder Woman #1 7.5, plus rare classic issues such as Captain America #1 and Detective Comics #33.
The high grade Golden Age books include Action Comics #18 9.0, a scarce Red Raven Comics #18.0, a Catman Comics #1 8.5, and first appearances in Mystery Men Comics #1 and Ace Comics #1.
There’s a selection of WWII era covers by Alex Schomburg, alongside the start of both the Silver Age with Amazing Fantasy #15, Fantastic Four #1 9.2, and Tales of Suspense #1, and the Bronze Age is represented by a Giant-Size X-Men #1 9.8.
Additional highlights are Detective Comics #1 8.5 and Action Comics #10 8.0 with Joe Shuster’s third Superman cover, plus original art featuring Jack Kirby, Neal Adams, George Pérez, Rob Liefeld, and more. Event Auction 65 opens for bids on Monday, February 23.
