Metropolis & ComicConnect are detailing their plans for early 2026 by previewing the next auction, announcing convention plans, and more.

ComicConnect’s Winter Mega Monthly Auction opens on Monday, January 26, featuring popular titles and classic keys. They will offer scarce copies of the early 1960s Batmania fanzine, Silver Surfer and Galactus’ first appearances in Fantastic Four #48, the debut of Kraven the Hunter in Amazing Spider-Man #15, John Constantine’s start in Saga of the Swamp Thing #37, and Logan going solo in Wolverine #1.

Their Metro Vault Live! shows on eBay will include a special New Year’s event on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Chris Russell will return to his regular schedule on Tuesday, January 6, with even more rare finds at special shipping rates.

ComicConnect President Vincent Zurzolo and Original Art Coordinator Micah Spivak will attend Orlando’s Original Art Expo on February 20-22, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Orlando, Florida. They will “have checkbooks in hand” according to ComicConnect, while seeking consignments of original art.

Metropolis and ComicConnect are seeking consignments for Event Auction 65, which starts on February 23. Clients can put consignments toward payments and receive interest free cash advances.
