Doctor Doom is gone and Latveria is in disarray, leading into Dungeons of Doom. Following the events of One World Under Doom, the anthology book “is an arms race for the future of the Marvel Universe, with Latveria caught in the crossfire,” per Marvel.

The book features stories by Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Benjamin Percy with art by Robert Gill, Georges Jeanty, Carlos Magno, and Justin Mason.

“Different parties, all with conflicting interests, have converged on Latervia, hoping to claim Doom’s technology for themselves. Meanwhile, the Latverian Freedom Fighters hold the line against these intruders,” per the description.

The first story is Red Hulk vs. Hydra as both attempt to get into Doom’s dungeons, then the second story follows Laverian Freedom Fighters who will encounter a many-eyed monster under the fortress. In the third tale, an agent from Wakanda is sent to Latveria to seek the Dungeons of Doom. The final story sees Hydra agents finding a mysterious axe while stealing from one of the dungeons.

Dungeons of Doom #1 will have a main cover by Leinil Francis Yu; it arrives in comic shops on January 14, 2026.
