
Propstore Collectible Posters Auction on October 10-12
Propstore is hosting a Collectible Posters Auction featuring over 1,200 posters from the silent film era to the golden age of movies to modern classics. It encompasses a range of genres with romance, comedies, thrillers, and horror, to name a few. The three-day auction will be held on October 10-12, 2025.
The auction’s top lots are a Hell’s Angels three-sheet that is believed to be the only known example and Superman one-sheet from 1941 that is the first movie poster ever produced for the Man of Steel. There’s an Avengers: Infinity War one-sheet signed by 14 cast members that includes the late Chadwick Boseman and The Eagle one-sheet from 1925 for the film that is celebrating its 100th anniversary.
Linen-backed posters in the auction include a Red Dust style D one-sheet, Citizen Kane style A one-sheet, a La Dolce Vita Italian four fogli, Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein six-sheet, Batman French grande signed by Adam West and Burt Ward, The Philadelphia Story style D one-sheet, Forbidden Planet one-sheet, and Westward Ho one-sheet.
Unbacked poster highlights are a Jaws one-sheet, Dr. No British quad, War of the Worlds half-sheet, The Day the Earth Stood Still British quad, Godzilla: King of the Monsters three-sheet, Horror of Dracula Spanish horizontal one-sheet, Tarzan the Ape Man insert, and Star Wars British quad Academy Awards style.
