The debut of Polaris, a Wildstorm Summer Special page, and a high grade copy of Quake for Sega Saturn are highlights in Heritage’s weekly auctions. The Comic Book Select Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, September 28-30, 2025, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction wraps on Tuesday, September 30, and the Comic Art and Illustration Auction ends on Wednesday, October 1.

In the comic auction, Heritage is selling X-Men #49 CGC 9.4 Signature Series Jim Steranko with the first appearance of Polaris. Convergence: Superman #2 CGC 9.8 features the birth of Superman and Lois Lane’s son, Jonathan Kent.

The original art auction includes Georges Jeanty and Karl Story’s Wildstorm Summer Special page 4 with a solo outing of The Authority’s Engineer. Ron Lim and Tom Christopher’s Silver Surfer #51 story page 13 features Silver Surfer taking Nova to prehistoric Earth to confront her actions as the herald of Galactus.

Heritage’s video game auction is led by Quake sealed CGC 9.9 for Sega Saturn, which is the first home console version of the PC game and highest graded copy of the Saturn version. The Japanese exclusive PSP-2000 with 1Seg tuner for mobile television VGA 85 is being offered by Heritage for the first time.
