ComicConnect is getting closer to the launch of Event Auction 63 on Monday, August 25, 2025, while adding more titles to the premiere of the True North Collection.

This curation consists of nearly 200 comics spanning the comic ages, with all the books being #1 issues or featuring important first appearances. That includes a selection of comics restored by Matt and Emily Myers.

True North Collection highlights are Detective Comics #27, Captain America Comics #1, Amazing Fantasy #15, Batman #1, Marvel Comics #1, and Superman #1. Recent additions from this new pedigree feature two of the Golden Age’s rarest keys, including Aquaman, the Green Arrow, and Speedy debuting in More Fun Comics #73, and the Green Lantern’s introduction in the scarce All-American Comics #16.

More True North keys are Robin’s debut in Detective Comics #38 and the Justice Society forms in All Star Comics #3. A series of high grade Marvel Age classics signed by Stan Lee including Avengers #1, X-Men #1, Journey Into Mystery #83, and Tales of Suspense #39 will also be up for bid in Event Auction 63.
