Don Rosa Returns to Baltimore Comic-Con
The 26th annual Baltimore Comic-Con will return to the Baltimore Convention Center on October 17-19, 2025. Dozens of creators are already set to attend, which now includes Don Rosa.
Rosa has been working in comics and fanzines since the 1960s. He began writing and drawing Uncle Scrooge and Donald Duck comics for licensed publishers in Europe in 1987. Donald Duck comics continue to be bestselling books in Europe and South America and have been read by millions around the world.
American comic readers are most familiar with his Eisner winning Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck series. His entire Duck comics catalog is reprinted in the new Don Rosa Library from Fantagraphics. He has quit producing new Duck comics and is regularly appearing at European and American comic conventions.
“People do not realize what an amazing comics star Don is,” Baltimore Comic-Con show promoter and Donald Duck sketch collector Marc Nathan said. “He is certainly the most prominent living artist associated with the Ducks, and we are privileged to have him, as his worldwide fanbase would mob him internationally. Fans should make sure to meet this living legend!”
