MyComicShop recently started hosting streaming auctions on eBay Live as a new way to connect with collectors and sell comics. They stream every other week on Fridays at 1 PM CT, and this week they are selling four eBay Live exclusive Battle Beast blind bags.

While the standard Battle Beast blind bags sold out quickly, these bags were produced by Skybound just for eBay Live. They include not only one of the variants from the standard bags, but one of three variants exclusive to these sets as well as a first printing issue from the original Invincible run sourced from Skybound employees’ personal collections. Collectors can participate in the stream with their eBay account either through eBay’s website or app.

MyComicShop is also adding new material to their website, such as Steve Ditko’s personal copy of Mr. A, the Objectivist superhero. This copy is signed by the artist and includes a certificate of authenticity signed by his nephew, Patrick Ditko. This piece and other additions will be uploaded to MyComicShop’s New Listings page soon.

In addition to buying and accepting consignments through the mail, MyComicShop is able to travel to assess and pick up large collections as well as coordinate around conventions across the country. MyComicShop will be attending 3 Rivers Comic Con in Pittsburgh, PA on June 7-8; then HeroesCon in Charlotte, North Carolina on June 20-22; OAFCon in Norman, Oklahoma on September 26-28; and Baltimore Comic-Con in Baltimore, Maryland on October 17-19.
