ComicLink Accepts Consignments for Upcoming Auctions

ComicLink, which specializes in valuable comic books and original comic book, fantasy and illustration artwork, is accepting consignments now for upcoming ComicLink auctions beginning soon, and there is still time to sell in the Winter Featured Auction beginning on February 13, 2020. Interested sellers can reserve auction placement by emailing buysell@comiclink.com or calling the sales team at (617) 517-0062 (option 1). There is also a ComicLink Focused Auction and a CertifiedLink.com auction launching on March 12 (previews will post soon). CertifiedLink offers other certified collectibles such as trading cards, coins, video games, and authenticated memorabilia.

Among upcoming comic book highlights already posted to the Winter Featured Auction Preview is an uncommonly high grade example of Captain America Comics #1 (first Captain America and origin, first Bucky, first Red Skull) CGC 7.5 and CGC 5.0 and #3 (Red Skull cover, first Stan Lee Timely/Marvel work) CGC 5.0.

There are Near Mint and higher runs of major Marvel Silver Age titles, including Journey Into Mystery, Thor, and Fantastic Four from the Federal Hill Collection. The run of Journey Into Mystery and Thor includes the key Journey Into Mystery #83 CGC 9.4, the first appearance of Thor, which is one of a handful in this high grade. It features Journey Into Mystery #85 (first Loki, Odin, and Asgard) CGC 9.6 (highest graded, one of four) plus dozens of other examples all in Near Mint or better condition.

The Federal Hill run of Fantastic Four includes #12 (first Hulk crossover) CGC 9.6, #20 (first Molecule Man), and #26 (Avengers crossover), both CGC 9.8 (highest graded, one of two), Annual #6 (first Annihilus, Birth of Franklin Richards) CGC 9.8, plus dozens of other Near Mint or higher examples.
