A new comic book store is opening in the Lone Star State. Comics, Cards and Toys, located at 2417 South Stemmons Freeway, Unit 206, in Lewisville, Texas, will open its doors on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at 10 AM.

They will sell new and vintage comic books, sports and non-sports trading cards, toys, Funko Pops, statues, autographs, buttons, Pez, posters, and more. Comics, Cards and Toys will also buy from customers, who can stop by or call for a free in-store appraisal.

During the next weekend on May 29-30, they will continue the opening celebrations by hosting a signing with artist Sam De La Rosa. Recognized for his work on Venom: Lethal Protector, De La Rosa has been providing finishing art and inking for Marvel, DC, Disney, Image, and Dark Horse since 1982. His Marvel credits also include Spider-Man, other Venom titles, Maximum Carnage, Black Panther, The Avengers, Star Wars, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, and others. At DC, he worked on Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, and Firestorm. He also worked on the first Predator book in 1989.

The new store will also host CBCS, including grading expert Steve Borock, to authenticate signatures and accept submissions.
