The Sunday auction at eMoviePoster contains 769 bulk lots with 19,748 items. In these bulk lot auctions, they sell off the last inventory of several large stores and poster exchanges, and items can sell for a fraction of retail prices. This auction ends on May 2, 2021.

Multiple folded one-sheets are represented with lots of 58-130 from the 1950s-1990s. There are also lots of 15-83 folded horror/sci-fi/fantasy one-sheets (1970s-1990s).

There’s a lot of 90 Western lobby cards (1940s), lot of 31 window cards (1950s), and a lot of 76 lobby cards (1930s-1940s).

International examples include lots of 8-27 Russian posters (1950s-1980s), a lot of 57 French James Bond lobby cards (1970s-2000s), and a lot of 85 folded Australian daybills (1950s-1980s).

The selection includes a lot of 5 folded Fantasia 1970s rerelease one-sheets, a lot of 10 travel posters (1930s-1950s), and a lot of 5 Blaxploitation 40” x 60” posters.

Additional highlights are a lot of 12 magazines and newspapers with Marilyn Monroe covers, a lot of 18 Hopalong Cassidy felt pennants (1940s), a lot of 78 Star Wars trading cards (1977), a lot of 99 Warner Bros. synopsis sheets (1950s), a lot of 4 Beatles standees, and a lot of 4 Yellow Submarine pop-out art decoration books.

Three surprising results from the May 11 auction were The Empire Strikes Back advance Italian one-sheet for $1,305, U.S.A. Surpasses All The Genocide Records special poster for $1,050, and Delta Air Lines Hawaii travel poster for $726.

eMoviePoster is just shy of $2 million in sales so far in 2021, which puts them around $200,000 ahead of their record-setting $6 million sales pace of 2020, according to eMoviePoster.

June 11 is the final deadline for consignments to their July Major Auction. They are also already accepting consignments for the 22nd Annual Halloween Auction. Previews from both auctions and more on the consignment process are also available on their website.

They add around 3,500 items in their biweekly auctions every two weeks (every other Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday). Collectors interested in bidding with them can sign up on their registration page.
