The largest officially sanctioned Star Wars convention, Celebration III, is
scheduled for April 21 – 24, 2005 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The four-day show
this year will see an appearance from Star Wars creator George Lucas less than a
month before the final installment of the saga is released.

With Star
Wars – Episode III: The Revenge of the Sith set to debut May 19, 2005, Star
Wars fans are awaiting the conclusion to the six-part story that began in
1977.

The show will include a “Fan Fair Exhibit Hall,” in
which events, demonstrations, and entertainment, will take place.

The
Star Wars email newsletter reported that there will be exhibits of Death Star
Dioramas, a Tattoo Art Show, Life-Sized Origami, remote controlled droid
competition, “Stormtrooper Olympics,” and more.
