Vault Auctions, England and Europe’s premier source for comic and art
collectibles is getting ready to end its March 26, 2006. This auction finds
Vault expanding their listings by including more art, movie posters and more
books than ever before.

“We are having a great auction so far,” said
Phillip, the owner and manager of Vault Auctions. “We have had a phenomenal
response in customer interest on the early artwork pages, so things should heat
up in the last few days on those lots. The art from the Fantastic Four
#3, page 23 is getting responses from every corner. This recently surfaced
from a private collection and we are happy to bring this original work by the
great Jack Kirby to the collector.

Continuing, Phillip says, “The
Spider-Man page is from issue #10, page 3. This is classic Steve Ditko art. It
features the capture of the Enforcers and has Spider-Man in costume in all but
two panels. Plus there is some great Jonah J. Jameson!”

Art is not the
only highlight from the auction. “We also have the classic Tales To
Astonish
#27. This try-out issue featured Henry Pym in the ‘Man in the Ant
Hill’ story and 8 issues later was on his way to becoming Marvels newest
costumed superhero, with leading stories in both this title and as a main
founding character in the Avengers. A notoriously difficult issue to find in
high grade, and in particular without any infamous Marvel
chipping.”

This auction is a must for any comic fan. Remember, the Vault is located in
England. They are at least four hours ahead of the United States, depending on
your time zone. If you are interested in any of the many lots they have listed,
please adjust your clock accordingly. Everything you need for this auction can
be found at http://www.vaultauctions.com/VHome.html.
