The second annual Comic And Pop Culture Expo (CAPE!), to be held in Dallas,
Texas, has just announced plans to expand for a one-day event to cover both
Friday and Saturday (today and tomorrow) to celebrate Free Comic Book Day.

Being called CAPE! 2: Son of CAPE, the event has attracted over 60 comic
creators from all over the world. Hosted by Zeus Comics and Toys, PvPonline.com,
Fanboy Radio and popsyndicate.com, Friday will feature the award-winning Gay and
Lesbian Mixer with Gail Simone, Bryan Hitch, Marc Andreyko, Lea Hernandez, and
Roberto Aquirre-Sacasa., and give fans a chance to mix and mingle with their
favorite creators.

While on Saturday, the main events take place at Zeus
Comics featuring more an enormous guest list (for a complete list of all
attending guests, check out www.zeuscomics.com). Festivities
include a chance for fans to
interact with top creators in the comic
industry, get sketches, talk comics
and pick up some fantastic free swag.
Plus, there will be 300 gift bags just for
children filled with comics and
more! Finally, to wrap up this mega-event, there will be a Live Art Show host by
Fanboy Radio to auction off original artwork to raise money for CAPE!

This show has been recognized by the mayor of Dallas as an official
event to help raise awareness and to promote literacy through comics. The
all-day indoor/outdoor event will take place at Zeus Comics and Toys, located at
