Danny Bilson and Paul DeMeo may be better known to
the world as Hollywood writers and producers rather than comic book scripters,
but the writers of The Rocketeer, Viper, The Sentinel were
first tied to the Flash as creators of the 1990 TV series The Flash. Now
they’re writing this latest incarnations of one of the oldest series in comic
book history. The first issue does a lot to set up the new reality (and the
current Flash) and sets the stage for lots of intrigue to follow.
