Our friends at QM4G, publishers of the popular digital publication Toy Collector Magazine, are about to launch a new title. Style Century Magazine will be available to view as a flash version or downloadable PDF, free of charge, on Monday, October 1 at www.stylecenturymagazine.com.

Style Century Magazine is dedicated to showing readers how to incorporate aspects of now-classic design periods into today’s residential and work environments. And that includes creative ways to show off your collection, whether it’s action figures or Tiffany lamps.

Editor-in-chief Catherine Saunders-Watson describes the new magazine as being “unlike anything else out there. We’re not afraid to cover trends emerging from the street right alongside the best of old-school design. For instance, our premiere issue includes a spread on Betty Woodman’s radical pottery, while another article reveals how industrial elements once regarded as throw-aways are now sought-after decorative pieces for city lofts. And then there are the new ‘tiny houses,’ which are catching on like crazy with singles and young couples – we’ve included a feature on that. On the other hand, you can also read about Charles Eames’ Mid-Century Modern furniture, antique Japanese baskets or Navajo textiles. If you like the tone and look of Toy Collector Magazine, you’ll love Style Century Magazine.”

Style Century Magazine is free, and will be ready to view online in flash version with a page-turning feature or as a PDF to download on Monday, October 1, 2007 at www.stylecenturymagazine.com.
