ComicConnect’s Event Auction begins Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 12 PM, and over 1,400 lots are open for bidding! The auction end-dates are as follows:

“Headlining the auction is the Action Comics #1 CGC 4.5 EP. Yes, that’s right – ComicConnect has brought to market a fourth Action #1 – the Holy Grail and mother of all comic books,” said the company’s Ben Smith.
Some of the Golden Age keys in this ComicConnect.com September Event Auction include All Star Comics #3 CGC 4.5 (first Justice Society of America), Batman #1 CGC 3.5 (first Joker/first Catwoman), Captain America Comics #1 CGC 6.0 MP (first Captain America), All Winners Comics #1 CGC 8.0, and The Comics Magazine #1 CGC 7.5 (highest graded, first Dr. Mystic, first Superman prototype).
