We’ve mentioned before how co-writers Justin Jordan and Patrick Zircher have approached Shadowman a bit differently than the other Valiant relaunches. They have chosen to season this series with a number of the previous takes on the character, and thus far it’s working. The hints afforded readers thus far at just how big Shadowman’s world is are tantalizing. Additionally, Zircher’s art, which is generally very good, has been great, and together with the story it’s given Valiant another “must read” series.
