ComicLink is currently accepting consignments for the October Focused Auction and the November Featured Auction. The previews for both of these auctions already feature a number of high profile offerings.

“We are offering generous cash advances for quality comic book and original art consignments placed to these and other auctions. The still-growing October Focused Auction preview includes numerous keys, classic covers, and high grades, from the Golden Age to the Modern era as well as a selection of original comic art. Just a few of the notables include Amazing Spider-Man #1 CGC 5.5, Brave and the Bold #28 CGC 6.5, Daredevil #16 CGC 9.4 (first Romita Spider-Man), Fantastic Four #1 CGC 7.0, Giant-Size X-Men #1 CGC 9.8, Marvel Mystery Comics #40 CGC 2.5 (WWII zeppelin cover), Silver Surfer #1 CGC 9.4, Wonder Woman #7 CGC 5.0, original art by Jim Aparo, Dave Cockrum, Kelley Jones, Don Newton, George Pérez, John Romita, Jr., Mike Zeck and more,” said ComicLink Consignment Director Douglas Gillock.

“The October Focused Auction offers sellers an opportunity for guaranteed sales and a quick turnaround in a high exposure auction environment, as well as an upfront cash advance upon request.  Key and high grade Silver and Bronze Age certified by CGC is always the primary ‘focus’ of this auction format, but there is always also an interesting Golden Age selection, a segment of more accessible original art (look to the November Featured Auction for higher end pieces), and a ultra high grade Copper and Modern selection to round it out,” he said.

“The November Featured Auction offers sellers a chance to be part of one of the best auctions of the year for both vintage comic books and original comic related artwork.  It is bound to be another blockbuster, and it is the ideal auction environment for a seller’s most valuable material,” said the company’s president, Josh Nathanson. “If you already know what you want to sell, and you are interested in reaching the most aggressive comic book bidders in the world, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to consign to this auction so that we may reserve auction slots for you and fully promote your material.”
