Autographs, cards, and memorabilia of a collection of sports legends is available in Heritage’s Sunday, October 12, 2014. One of the highlights in the auction is a 1933 Goudey Babe Ruth #144 SGC Authentic, the most recognizable Babe Ruth card ever printed featuring a great batting portrait. The auction will have a 1954 Bowman Eddie Mathews #64 SGC 84 NM 7, with great colors and nice centering and a lot of 1954 Bowman Baseball SGC Graded Group of 17 with HoFers. A 1909-11 T206 White Borders SGC Graded Group with five different T206 tobacco insert cards will be sold, along with a 1958 Topps Baseball SGC 88 NM/MT 8 Group of 10 cards, and a 1965 Topps Embossed and 1969 Stamp Albums Collection of 197.

Heritage has a 1968 Topps Baseball Complete Set of 598 cards, a 1960 Topps Hank Aaron #300 PSA/DNA Authentic card featuring the Braves slugger, and signed 1969 Topps Reggie Jackson #260 PSA/DNA gem mint 10, featuring one of Jackson’s rookie year appearances by himself on a card. There’s a Baseball Greats Signed Postcards Lot of 30 cards, signed by Jim Catfish Hunter, Lou Burdette, Frank Howard, Eddie Joost, and Al Gionfriddo. The auction also has a Sandy Koufax Signed Index Card Display, a 2008 Hanley Ramirez Game Worn signed Florida Marlins Jersey, and a Babe Ruth Original Oil Painting, by Grant Smith that captures Ruth as he follows through on one of his giant homeruns, measuring 24” by 36”.

Heritage has an Earl Campbell Signed Houston Oilers Jersey, signed in mint ink on the back sewn-on numeral, a 1970s Sam Snead Signed Checks Lot of 10, each signed perfectly ballpoint ink, a Gordie Howe Signed Oversized Photograph and Hockey Puck, and a Bobby Hull Signed Chicago Blackhawks Jersey and Puck.
