After racing its way through the ratings by bringing in 6.3 million viewers for its premiere episode, The Flash has been given a full season order by The CW. The show starring DC’s speedster joins Fox’s Gotham as new comic book-based shows to get a full season order. The Flash will get 23 episodes, the same as Arrow.

So far, three episodes have aired, and the series has already introduced a variety of the Flash’s villains, including Weather Wizard, Multiplex, and The Mist. Upcoming episode titles include “Going Rogue,” “Power Outage,” and “Flash vs. Arrow.”
