Hake’s Americana & Collectibles’ Auction #216 goes online in a few days on October 20, 2015. They are still actively posting teasers for the auction on their Facebook page and this week they showcased a variety of collectibles that will surely see plenty of bids.

In the next auction Hake’s will offer an Incredible Hulk lunchbox, Ideal Official Batman Playset from 1966, Boba Fett “Micro Collection: Bespin Freeze Chamber prototype, Creature from the Black Lagoon 1960s Ideal game, and Beatles LP signed by the Fab Four.

Other highlights this week were two pieces of original art featuring Godzilla, King of Monsters, the first issue of Playboy featuring Marilyn Monroe, rare 1942 fully painted promotional figure of the Man of Steel designed by legendary Superman artist Wayne Boring to promote DC’s distributors and retailers, and Led Zeppelin concert posters and a baseball t-shirt.

Hake’s also presented the front and back covers for the Auction #216 catalog.
