Amazon has announced that their reboot of The Tick will receive a full season order of ten episodes following the successful reception of its pilot. The first episode was viewed more than 15,000 times since it was posted on the Amazon Prime video streaming service, and the full series is expected to premiere sometime in 2017.

This latest live-action interpretation of The Tick stars Griffin Newman as Arthur Everest, and Peter Serafinowicz as the titular blue-suited hero. This will be the third time that The Tick has been turned into a series, following a 1994 animated series and a 2001 live-action series.
