The first appearance of Wolverine and an early, high grade issue of Fantastic Four are set to save the day in Heritage’s Sunday & Monday Comics, Animation & Art Weekly Online Auction.

The Incredible Hulk #181 CGC 9.4 is a significant issue, featuring the first full appearance of Wolverine and an appearance by the monster Wendigo. With a cover and art by Herb Trimpe, the issue is ranked No. 2 on Overstreet’s list of the Top 25 Bronze Age Comics.

Fantastic Four #86 CGC 9.8 is among the highest graded copies, which depicts a cover and art by Jack Kirby. It includes an appearance by Doctor Doom, the archenemy of the Fantastic Foe, created by Kirby and Stan Lee, who also has had run-ins with many other Marvel superheroes.
