The postponement of Emerald City Comic Con was a huge disappointment for collectors worldwide. “I’ve spoken to many of them,” said Vincent Zurzolo, co-founder of ComicConnect. “It was a huge blow, and not to just the fans, but also the dealers, the city, and all of those folks who were just going to the show to sell a part of their collection.” 

ComicConnect is offering Emerald City attendees a 10% cash bonus when consigning to their upcoming Event Auction. “I’ve written out cash advance checks totaling in the millions already and we still have two weeks until the auction deadline,” Zurzolo said. “If you got shut out of Emerald City, send me your list and I’ll send extra cash your way on top of my standard cash advance.”
