Daniel Radcliffe Participates in Harry Potter Reading
Daniel Radcliffe, the actor who played the Boy Who Lived in the Harry Potter films is returning to the wizarding world created by J.K. Rowling. Radcliffe is joining a slate of other stars in reading Rowling’s book that introduced the boy wizard, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
He narrates the book’s beginning, by reading chapter one, “The Boy Who Lived,” in a video recording.
Others from the wizarding world who will do readings include Fantastic Beasts star Eddie Redmayne, Cursed Child stage actress Noma Dumezweni, Harry Potter video game narrator Stephen Fry, and Fantastic Beasts’ Nagini actress Claudia Kim.
Dakota Fanning and David Beckham will also do readings for the book. More celebrities are set to be announced.
