ComicConnect’s original art auction is in progress with almost 200 lots to choose from.

“The auction has something for collectors of all stripes, from Golden Age to Silver and Bronze right through to the Modern masters, from superheroes to romance, fantasy, and horror,” Vincent Zurzolo, ComicConnect COO, said. “Bidders are going after covers, interior pages, splashes, pin-ups, illustrations, paintings, created by some of the biggest names in comics.”

Highlights include Batman #184 cover by Carmine Infantino and the earliest unused John Romita Spider-Man pencils from #40. Kirby selections include a King Kobra presentation drawing, two Mister Miracle pages from #14 (pages 8 and 18), a Kamandi page, and the complete story “It Fell From a Flying Saucer!” from Tales to Astonish #31.

Additional featured art includes Captain America #126 page by Gene Colan and a variety of pieces by John Buscema, including pages from Sub-Mariner #6 and Wolverine: Bloody Choices, and two preliminary pieces, one from Thor and another from Conan.
