Important issues of X-Men and Tales of Terror are featured in Heritage’s Sunday & Monday Comics, Animation, & Art Weekly Online Auction. The comics close on October 25, 2020, followed by all other lots on October 26.

X-Men #94 CGC 9.6 contains the second appearances of Colossus, Nightcrawler, Storm, Banshee, and Thunderbird, and sees Angel, Marvel Girl, Iceman, and Sunfire leave the team. Gil Kane and Dave Cockrum provided the cover, and Cockrum the art for the issue that sits at No. 15 on Overstreet’s Top 25 Bronze Age Comics list.

The auction also includes the rare Tales of Terror Annual #2 CGC 6.5 with appearances by the Vault-Keeper, the Crypt-Keeper, and the Old Witch on this shrunken head/skull cover by Al Feldstein. The story art for the issue is provided by Graham Ingels, Harvey Kurtzman, and Jack Kamen.
