In their Thursday auction, eMoviePoster is selling 1,250 one-sheets, international examples, and special posters. These posters close on March 17, 2022.
One-sheets in the auction are Back to the Future studio style, Pulp Fiction, Mean Streets, Fright Night, Friday the 13th Part VIII recalled teaser, Robocop, Friday the 13th Part VI, Big Lebowski advance 2011 rerelease, The Matrix double-sided advance, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation double-sided, Adventures in Babysitting, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Dark Knight double-sided teaser, Monster Squad, Full Metal Jacket advance, National Lampoon’s Vacation printer’s test, Raiders of the Lost Ark 1982 rerelease, and Empire Strikes Back studio style.
German examples include Hexensabbat special poster, Grosses Fest Der Juryfreien museum/art exhibition, Archie Noah museum/art exhibition, Gauklertag, and Das Gluckhafte Schiff. Other international material are the French Palais Garnier travel poster and Casino De Paris stage poster, Japanese Army of Shadows and Star Wars double-sided special poster, and Belgian Mole People.
Highlights of the special posters are Star Wars radio drama poster, Poltergeist art print, Adac Kostumball special poster, Woman’s Place in War WWII war poster, and Vampirella commercial poster.
Some of the other featured material includes 40” x 60” posters for Beyond the Valley of the Dolls style B, Naked Alibi, and Return of the Fly, and inserts for Mole People, Sweet Smell of Success, E.T. The Extra Terrestrial, and Mothra.
From March 22 to April 12, eMoviePoster is selling 203 rare comics and magazines, including Mad #1-24, lots of pre-code horror, and lots of very desirable 1950s comics like Reform School Girl and Rifleman #10.
eMoviePoster’s April Major Auction runs from March 27 to April 17, and is filled with rarely seen items, many of which they have never auctioned before. Previews are now available. There is still time to send consignments for their once a year autograph auction in May.
