“I am proud to have R. Gary Land join the ComicConnect team to bolster our already knowledgeable and experienced art department,” ComicConnect COO Vincent Zurzolo said. “Gary has been active in the hobby for over 20 years having founded and maintained Comicart-L, the first social networking platform for original art collectors.”

Land has bought and sold original art for decades and has set up at scores of conventions. He carries with him the knowledge and experience to guide collectors. He will be assisting clients with evaluating art for purchase, consignment, and auction. 

“Gary’s personal favorites include Alan Davis Excalibur, Golden and Silver Age DC, John Byrne Fantastic Four, anything Alex Toth, and he’s a huge fan of Archie art by Harry Lucey,” Zurzolo added.
