Taking place shortly after The Battle for Pumpkin King, Jack Skellington is now the newly-named Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, and his first Halloween is fast approaching. Intent on proving himself as deserving of this title, Jack plans a huge celebration full of flashy ideas and fun for all – and insists on doing all the work himself! As his to-do list piles up, Jack starts to fear that he can’t deliver on all the frightful promises of Halloween, and so he turns to the one person he knows can help: Oogie Boogie. Thinking this might be a chance to rekindle their friendship after their battle for the Pumpkin King title, Jack enlists Oogie Boogie to assist in Halloween preparations… not realizing that the embittered Oogie Boogie actually has schemes of his own.
Ghost of a Ghost #1 (Dark Horse Comics)
After being exposed to enkeladite in Giant Robot Hellboy, superspy Agent Jian uses her newfound powers as part of a mysterious spy ring entrusted to investigate enkeladite stores and keep the powerful material out of the wrong hands – but just whose hands are the wrong ones is harder to determine than she thought.
Chris Roberson, Michael Avon Oeming and Taki Soma join Mike Mignola in this psychedelic ‘60s spy-fi action series!
Mega Man: Gear Masters #1 (UDON)
Mega Man returns in UDON’s first mini-series starring the classic Blue Bomber! With the threat of a new batch of robot masters, Dr. Light has upgraded Mega Man using the prototype Double Gear system. Problem is, Dr. Wily (the Double Gear’s creator) wants it back… by any means!! It’s all-out rumbling robot action in Mega Man: Gear Masters!
Star Trek #1 (IDW Publishing)

As Ray begins to notice strange glitches in the missile system and Atty finds grass stains on the coma patients’ feet, they soon realize that something evil is lurking in the base and that the fate of the planet itself is on the line.
Valhallaw #1 (Ablaze)
Eydis Friggsdottir is an Icelandic attorney and descendent of the goddess Frigg, blessed with the gift of making “unbreakable” contracts. Eydis takes on her most difficult case yet when she is hired to broker a peace treaty between the Norse gods in an effort to prevent a new Ragnarok. Valhallaw is contemporary fantasy, filled with dark humor and high concept action (plus a bit of legal drama). But at its chilly heart, the book is about family, as Eydis juggles saving the world and rediscovering romance with her (recently reanimated) girlfriend.
