Skybound Entertainment will have two panels at New York Comic Con (NYCC) to discuss new titles and the latest from the Energon Universe. The convention will be held on October 8-11, 2026, at the Javits Center in New York City. Skybound will also host an off-site signing at a well known NYC comic book store.

The “Skybound Comics: Vision for the Future” panel is on Friday at 4 PM in Javits Center North room 406.3. Skybound Editorial Director Alex Antone will moderate a panel that reveals Skybound’s new slate of content. Panelists are Stephen Graham Jones (The Buffalo Hunter Hunter), Leandro Fernández (The Old Guard), Tate Brombal (Everything Dead and Dying), Matt Emmons (The Council of Frogs), Doug Mahnke (Batman: The Man Who Laughs), and Ben Abernathy (Skybound Executive Editor).

“Transformers & G.I. Joe: What’s Next for the Energon Universe Comics?” is on Saturday at 11:15 AM in Javits Center North room 406.2. Robert Kirkman (Void Rivals), Dan Watters (M.A.S.K.), Tom Reilly (G.I. Joe), Jason Howard (Transformers), and Conor Hughes (Void Rivals) will unveil what’s to come in the Energon Universe. Abernathy is moderating the discussion on the Transformers, G.I. Joe, Void Rivals, and M.A.S.K.

Skybound’s off-site signing will take place at Midtown Comics on Friday from 7 PM to 9 PM. Kyle Higgins (G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero/Tomb Raider), Dan Watters (M.A.S.K.), Tom Reilly (G.I. Joe), Andrea Milana (Cobra Commander), Jason Howard (Transformers), Conor Hughes (Void Rivals), and Ben Abernathy (Energon Universe Executive Editor) are signing at the event.

This is Skybound’s fourth annual Energon Universe group signing at Midtown Comics Times Square, which now includes G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero / Tomb Raider. Midtown Comics Times Square is located at 200 W. 40th Street at the corner of 7th Avenue.
