MyComicShop is starting to present highlights in their next Prime Auction that starts on October 3, 2026. This week, they are focusing on the Copper and Modern Age comics published in 1980-2010 and 2011-current.

They will offer an Absolute Batman #1 CGC 9.8 which continues to command impressive sales for a fairly new comic. They also have Invincible #1 CGC 9.0, featuring the first appearance of Mark Grayson/Invincible and Omni-Man.

These two groups also contain the majority of harder to find modern books, mostly variants in high grade like J. Scott Campbell’s variant for Danger Girl/GI Joe #2 CGC 9.8 as well as several highest graded/top Census books like Spawn Annual Blood and Shadows #1 CGC 10.0.

MyComicShop is always buying and accepting consignments from across the country. For anyone considering selling or consigning a larger quantity of comics, MyComicShop can schedule a trip immediately to pick up a sufficiently large collection. Collectors can also schedule a pickup to coincide with one of their convention trips in 2026.

They will be at Baltimore Comic-Con in Baltimore, Maryland on September 25-27, buying comics and accepting consignments at their booth and pick up material in the surrounding areas and on their journey to Texas. At OAFCon in Norman, Oklahoma on October 23-25, MyComicShop will buy books and accept consignments.
