ComicConnect’s Summer Mega Monthly Auction is open for bidding, featuring a collection of first appearances and keys from across comic ages. The auction closes in August 2026.

They are featuring plenty of classic Jack Kirby books, including his cover on Avengers #7 and a brawl with the Lava Men in Avengers #5, plus the introduction of Ego the Living Planet in Thor #132 and the High Evolutionary’s debut in Thor #134. There’s also the Silver Surfer battling Galactus in Fantastic Four #50, the Black Widow’s debut in Tales of Suspense #52, and a parade of first appearances in New Gods #1.

The auction includes Star Spangled Comics #10 featuring a cover by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon and a rare Black Magic #11 featuring art by the pair. More Golden Age keys are Jumbo Comics #131, Ideal Comics #1, a scarce Fight Comics #19, Smash Comics #60, and Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland in a rare Single Series #24.

Silver Age entries include Black Panther’s debut in Fantastic Four #52, an assemblage of heroes in Avengers #16, the Super-Skrull brawling in Fantastic Four #18, Scarecrow’s Silver Age start in Batman #189, and Poison Ivy’s introduction in Batman #181.

Other Silver Age finds are the Kingpin making his brutal debut in Amazing Spider-Man #50, Banshee’s start in X-Men #28, the first Beast Boy and other Legionnaires in Adventure Comics #324, the Black Knight rides into Avengers #48, and the Human Torch takes on a revived Captain America (kind of) in Strange Tales #144.

Jack Kirby also battles into the Bronze Age with Darkseid’s debut in Forever People #1 and his wild Don Rickles cover on Superman’s Pal, Jimmy Olsen #141. Nick Cardy provides horrific highlights with covers for House of Secrets #104 and Unexpected #154.

Kitty Pryde and Emma Frost debut in X-Men #129, Johnny Blaze rides in via Marvel Spotlight #5, Power Girl soars into All-Star Comics #58, Beta Ray Bill bounds into Thor #337, and Firestorm arrives in Firestorm #1. Then the Hobgoblin steps out in Amazing Spider-Man #238, Elektra emerges in Daredevil #168, and Jennifer Walters smashes into Savage She-Hulk #1.

Modern Age highlights start with Peter Parker’s symbiotic costume in Amazing Spider-Man #252, Archie Comics’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures #1, Superman #204 CGC Signature featuring Jim Lee’s art, and Rob Liefeld’s rare Avengers variant for Mighty Thor #703.

The Modern keys continue with Batman: Harley Quinn, the Red Hulk rampaging into 2008’s Hulk #1, Damian Wayne debuting in Batman #655, the Court of Owls emerging in 2012’s Batman #6, and Spawn #6.
