New Dimension Comics in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania is celebrating 40 years in business by hosting a 40-hour sale. The comic book and collectibles store will start the sale on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 8 PM, and continue non-stop until Sunday, July 5 at 12 PM.

Over 400,000 comics that are usually priced at $1 will be offered for just 40¢ each. Other comics from across the comic ages will be marked with their respective sales prices. A new group of 40,000 DC comics will be added to the sale at 12:01 AM on July 4. Note that some of the comics will be sorted, while others will not.

Overstreet Advisor Todd McDevitt opened New Dimension Comics in June 1986 in Ellwood City. The store expanded to six locations with other stores in Homestead, Tarentum, Cranberry Township, and Butler, Pennsylvania, and one Ohio location in Saint Clairsville.

The sale will be held at the Ellwood City location at 516 Lawrence Avenue in Ellwood City, PA.
