Heritage’s weekly comics, original art, and video game auctions are highlighted by an X-Men key, Frank Frazetta art, and a rare edition of Mortal Kombat. The Comic Books Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, June 28-30, 2026, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction wraps up on Tuesday, June 30, and the Comic Art & Animation Auction ends on Wednesday, July 1.

The comic auction starts with a quack in Four Color #178 CGC 6.0 when the miserly Uncle Scrooge makes his debut in a Christmas story. Professor Xaiver’s school gets a new student in X-Men #139 CGC 9.8 with the introduction of Kitty Pryde.

In the original art auction, Heritage is selling Frank Frazetta’s Planet Comics #48 early Fiction House tryout page with Flint Baker attacking his Venusian captors. Larry Lieber’s Mighty Marvel Comics Calendar 1978 Spider-Man illustration recreates the “Spider-Man No More!” splash page from Amazing Spider-Man #50.

Leading off the video game auction is the rare Mortal Kombat VGA 80 unopened Super Famicom edition that brought the arcade game to home audiences with blood effects replaced by sweat. It is one of only two copies on VGA’s May census. Lollipop Chainsaw WATA 9.8 sealed for Xbox 360 was designed by Suda51 (The Silver Case) and James Gunn (before he became the co-head of DC Films).
