
Englehart, Starlin & Others Join Baltimore Comic-Con
The guest list for Baltimore Comic-Con is continuing to grow larger and larger with the additions of Zeea Adams, Steve Englehart, Erik Larsen, Andy Price, James Robinson, and Jim Starlin. The show will return to the Baltimore Convention Center on September 25-27, 2026.
Adams is best known for coloring Neal Adams’ covers for DC, Image, and Dynamite. She colored Deadman, Batman, Killadelphia, Mighty Mouse, and her first variant cover on Squish & Squash #1. She is also known for her line of Voodoo Doll art.

Englehart’s work writing The Batman and his take on the Joker helped establish superhero comics, film adaptations, and animated series that appealed to adult readers. He revived Captain America, and is well known for his work on Wanda and Vision, Guy Gardner Green Lantern comics, and on characters like Luke Cage and Hellcat. He has written for Star-Lord, Doctor Strange, Shang-Chi, The Avengers, The Defenders, The West Coast Avengers, The Green Lantern Corps, The JLA, Fantastic Four, Shadowman, Vampirella, and more.
Larsen is a writer, artist, and publisher who has been working in the industry for over 40 years. He created Savage Dragon, had a celebrated run on Spider-Man, and was one of the founders of Image Comics. He is also known for work in Thor, The Punisher, Doom Patrol, Aquaman, Wolverine, Nova, Spider-Man Noir, Spawn, Captain America: The End, and Fantastic Four: The World’s Greatest Comics Magazine among others.

As an illustrator and writer, Price has been the lead artist on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic comics for IDW Publishing. A graduate of the Joe Kubert School, Price draws cute cartoon animals, superheroes, to horror. In addition to IDW, he has worked with DC, Marvel, Image, Storm King Productions, Archie, and LEGO. He drew The Unofficial Horror Movie Coloring Book and the Cryptid Creatures Coloring Book.
Robinson began his comics writing career with DC and Dark Horse, and is best known for his runs on Starman and Leave It to Chance. He has worked on Superman, Justice League of America, Batman, Detective Comics, and Wonder Woman. For Marvel, he wrote All-New Invaders, Fantastic Four, and Scarlet Witch, he wrote Airboy for Image, and Grand Passion and Felix Leiter for Dynamite. His film and TV work includes The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Stargirl. At Dark Horse, he has written ‘Patra, Welcome To The Maynard, and Los Monstruos. His first novel, The Singular Pair, was published in 2026.

Starlin has been writing and drawing comics since the 1970s. He created or co-created Thanos, Shang-Chi, Gamora, and Drax the Destroyer for Marvel, and his own character, Dreadstar, for Epic Illustrated. He wrote notable space opera stories starring Captain Marvel and Adam Warlock, and wrote the Infinity Gauntlet, Infinity War, and Infinity Crusade miniseries. At DC, he worked on Batman, The Weird, and Cosmic Odyssey, worked on Darkseid stories, and wrote the Death in the Family storyline that featured the death of Jason Todd. More recently, he returned to Dreadstar, wrote and illustrated Stormwatch and Green Lantern: Mongul at DC, and worked on Marvel’s Thanos: The Infinity Revelation.
“What a powerhouse of comics creativity,” Baltimore Comic-Con show promoter Marc Nathan said. “These are enormous players in the game, having touched some of the biggest properties out there, and our attendees get to meet them in person. What a great year to attend the Baltimore Comic-Con!”
