Collectors on the hunt for Godzilla memorabilia and other rare Japanese monster material have a new destination in KaijuLink.com. The new website offers collectibles in regular auctions and has a consignment platform where collectors can list their items for sale directly on the site.

KaijuLink.com was launched by Godzilla and kaiju historian Sean Linkenback (author of The Unauthorized Guide to Godzilla Collectibles). He reported that Omoshiro Book supplement (November 1954) featuring Godzilla’s first cover appearance was the site’s first major sale. True to form, Godzilla stomped his way to a larger than life price of $125,000. The book is graded 4.5 by Beckett, which is the highest graded copy on their census.

“Its sale underscores the rarity of these early treasures in grade and the explosive growth of the manga market in general,” per the press release.

The site’s debut auction is a small, curated event of in-demand kaiju collectibles, that ends on June 14, 2026. Highlights include Frank Ordaz’s art from TriStar’s 1998 Godzilla movie that was used for trading cards, book covers, and posters; a vintage Mothra larva key piece from the mini-Bullmark line; a Toygraph 1954 Godzilla with Diver; and the Popy Jumbosaurus Godzilla that was part of the Jumbo Machinder line and first Godzilla toy with an authentic sounding roar.

KaijuLink.com will add new items for sale in their shop on a weekly basis, with something for collectors in every price range. Future auctions are already in development that will present important kaiju and tokusatsu memorabilia. The site is also actively seeking new consignments that Linkenback will market to collectors around the world.

“The interest in high-end kaiju collectibles has never been stronger,” Linkenback said. “KaijuLink provides the expert-led infrastructure needed to connect these historic pieces with the world’s most serious collectors, whether through an auction or direct sale.”
