TMNT #300 Blind Bag Ferreyra & Ito Covers Revealed

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has reached their 300th issue at IDW Publishing, and is celebrating with a line of covers by the series creators, industry greats who are making their TMNT cover debuts, artists who have worked on the series, and a blind bag program. IDW has unveiled the blind bag exclusive covers by Juan Ferreyra and Ito, and they are giving a first look at the interior art.

It will include a cover by Ninja Turtles creators Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman, and the TMNT cover debuts of industry greats Frank Miller and J. Scott Campbell.

The main cover A is by Freddie E. Williams II and Jeremy Colwell, cover B is by Eastman and Laird with Fahriza Kamaputra, cover C is by Miller and Alex Sinclair, cover D is by Campbell and Nei Ruffino, and cover E is by Michael Dooney.

Retailer incentive covers include a 1:25 by Eastman and Laird (black and white, full art variant), a 1:50 by Stan Sakai, 1:100 by Giuseppe Camuncoli, 1:200 by Campbell (full art variant), 1:300 by Miller (black and white, full art variant), and a 1:000 by Eastman and Laird (inks, red masks) with Eastman’s signature.

The blind bag covers by Ito and Ferreyra are joined by Mateus Santolouco, Miller (color, full art), Campbell (black and white, full art), and open order covers (full art).

The milestone issue kicks off “The City that Never Dies” storyline written by Gene Luen Yang, with art by Freddie E. Williams II and Fero Pe.

“With the Ninja Turtles’ mother and Splinter now resurrected and reunited with their family for the first time ever in the modern era, Clan Hamato is stronger than ever… And they’ll need that strength to fight what’s coming. A danger unlike anything they have ever faced before threatens to destroy the worlds of the living and the dead alike,” per the synopsis.

The special issue also features a trip through Turtles history written by Eastman and Tom Waltz, with art by Ben Bates, Eric Talbot, Chris Allan, Frank Fosco, Jim Lawson, and Dan Duncan.
