
The Complete Rachel Rising from Abstract & Dark Horse
Terry Moore’s supernatural mystery, Rachel Rising, is being collected in one premium hardcover volume. The Complete Rachel Rising, featuring the entire series and bonus content, is among the first wave of publications from Moore’s Abstract Studio imprint at Dark Horse.

Combining slow-burn horror, dark mystery, and Moore’s trademark character work, Rachel Rising remains one of the most acclaimed horror comics of all time,” per the Dark Horse description.
Written and illustrated by Moore, Rachel Rising was introduced in August 2011 and ran until May 2016. The 42-issue ongoing series received multiple nominations for Eisner and Harvey Awards, won the Harvey for Best Cartoonist in 2015, and was nominated for a Bram Stoker Award for Superior Achievement in a Graphic Novel category.

The Abstract Studio imprint brings Moore’s genre-bending stories and character driven work to Dark Horse. The imprint launches with The Complete Rachel Rising and a hardcover edition of Strangers in Paradise. Each volume comes with new covers by Moore, new design treatments, and bonus material that is exclusive to the line.
The Complete Rachel Rising is filled with 904 pages of content, including a 20-page issue 0 prequel comic. The hardcover book will be in stores on December 15, 2026.
