
Prototypes, Comics, Trading Cards in Heritage Star Wars Day Auctions
Heritage is celebrating Star Wars Day with auctions of comic books, trading cards, props, scripts, art, and more from George Lucas’ iconic science fiction franchise. The Star Wars Day Hollywood/Entertainment Signature Auction and Trading Cards, Action Figures & Toys Auction will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026.
Props and costumes include Chewbacca’s stunt Bowcaster used by Peter Mayhew and Joonas Suotamo and a First Order Stormtrooper helmet, both from The Force Awakens.

There are prototypes and replicas like the Star Wars: A New Hope exhibition quality 5-foot Millennium Falcon filming miniature replica. The manga Luke Skywalker unproduced prototype figure with wax head sculpt and Hasbro Original Trilogy Collection Sandcrawler first shot prototype vehicle from 2004 are also offered.
Comic and original art are led by Star Wars #1 (35¢ price variant) CGC 9.6 Signature Series Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill and Drew Struzan’s original art of Luke Skywalker and Yoda from The Empire Strikes Back. The auction includes Star Wars #1-107 and more comics that are all graded CGC 9.8, Gene Day and Carmine Infantino’s Star Wars Weekly #19 pin-up special art, and Star Wars: Droids Kea Moll card back line art by Alice Carter.

A Star Wars fourth draft script signed by Lucas with a Letter of Authenticity from Lucas and a Star Wars style A one-sheet signed by Lucas are in the auction. Trading cards include a Topps 1977 Series 1 Luke Skywalker card #1 PSA 10, Series 3 C-3PO error card #207 PSA 10, and a Topps 1977 Series 1 wax box that is sealed and BBCE certified.
The action figures include a lot of Meccano’s original first 12 figures CAS graded and loose with card backs. Heritage has a Power of the Force Yak Face AFA Y80 released in Canada and an Early Bird four-pack AFA 80 featuring Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, and R2-D2 (second highest graded).
